Graduated in International Business. His commercial experience with organic products, particularly coffee, dates back to 2001. He understands the traits in different cultures, as well as their tastes preferences. He is committed to building a business with high social and environmental standards, reason why he opted for the B Corp Certification.
Business Administrator with specialization in Project Management. She is familiar with the coffee guild and building on her administrative and logistics experience. She leads our Operations Department. Natalia settles purchases with producers, coordinates the milling, supervises export logistics and collections with our clients.
Agricultural engineer with over 30 years experience in the colombian coffee sector. He is recognized as one of the most knowledgeable Colombians in coffee varietals in the country. He is identified with the social impact model and comes to Lohas Beans with the firm commitment of expanding the certifications, microlots and varietals program.
Commercial Manager Europe
Food Engineer with extensive business experience in Europe, where he has lived an important part of his life. Throughout the years he has marketed dairy products, vegetables, fresh flowers and now coffee. His objective is to reach importers and roasters in the old continent with our wide coffee beans offer.
Financial and Administrative Manager
Certified Public Accountant specialized in finance. He has been with our business group for over 14 years. His experience and knowledge strengthens the Lohas Beans team, as well as Agroeco Mill. Under his leadership we will seek to be more robust, achieve better planning and efficiency in our operations, allowing us to be a better ally for our partner growers
Graduated in Modern Languages. She has more than 16 years experience in international trade with emphasis on organic products, specifically coffee. She coordinates export logistics, documentation and certification audits. Jackelin is at our Santa Marta Agroeco Mill offices.
Maria Camila Morera
She majored in International Business. Camila has experience in certification and quality processes. Among her responsibilities in operations, she supports purchases, processing and exports, as well as traceability documents of our coffee. She is also in charge of logistics for our lohas beans online store.
Luz Nelly Umaña
Certified Q Grader. She has six (6) years experience in high quality coffees, micro lots and varietals. She has participated as judge in coffee quality competitions. In Lohas Beans her position is Quality Director, where she ensures the quality of different origin coffees supplied by the company.
Ana Maria Montoya
Agricultural technique, with studies in business administration, experience of 4 years in the coffee industry. Committed to the assurance of quality, supporting all activities in the quality laboratory.
