Juan Pablo Campos
Graduated in International Business. His commercial experience with organic products, particularly coffee, dates back to 2001. He understands the traits in different cultures, as well as their tastes preferences. He is committed to building a business with high social and environmental standards, reason why he opted for the B Corp Certification.
International Relations MA – Johns Hopkins University and Philosophy MA – Javeriana University. Graduated in Economy from Los Andes University. He has for Coffee Traders (Neuman, Volcafe, Noble), roaster – Kraft and as Commercial Manager of the Colombian Coffee Federation. In the public sector he was Coffee Advisor to the Trade Minister and member of the Coffee Competitiveness Mission. His knowledge of this business is an asset for Lohas Beans ongoing progress.
Obtained his undergraduate degree in finance, government, and international relations, with a post-graduate degree in finance as well as an MBA. He has over 18 years of experience working with well known national and multinational corporations in construction, telecoms, services and family offices, leading its finances, strategic planning and new business development. He joins our Group of Companies to head our Finance and Accounting team.
Maria Camila Morera
Camila majored in International Business and recently finished her specialization in logistics. She has previous experience in certification and quality processes. At Lohas Beans she started assisting in operations, where she has been responsible for all the stages of procurement, processing, logistics, exports and traceability. Camila has been promoted to assume our Supply Manager position.
Agricultural engineer with over 30 years experience in the colombian coffee sector. He is recognized as one of the most knowledgeable Colombians in coffee varietals in the country. He is identified with Lohas Beans social impact model and is contributing to furhter expanding the certifications, microlots and varietals programs.
Graduated in Modern Languages. She has more than 16 years experience in international trade with emphasis on organic products, specifically coffee. She coordinates export logistics, documentation and certification audits. Jackelin is at our Santa Marta Agroeco Mill offices.
Luz Nelly Umaña
Quality Director - Lab
Certified Q Grader. She has six (6) years experience in high quality coffees, micro lots and varietals. She has participated as judge in coffee quality competitions. In Lohas Beans her position is Quality Director, where she ensures the quality of different origin coffees supplied by the company.
Ana Maria Montoya
Agricultural technique, with studies in business administration, experience of 4 years in the coffee industry. Committed to the assurance of quality, supporting all activities in the quality laboratory.
Ginna is studying Occupational Health Administration and is a Professional Technician in Agricultural Production. She has studied in detail the organic agricultural standards while working with Ecocert Colombia. At Lohas Beans she is responsible of our certifications program including organic, Fair Trade and Rainforest Alliance.
