Camila Morera

Camila majored in International Business and concluded her specialization in Logistics in 2017. She joined lohas beans in April 2015. Since September 2018 she is our Supply Manager in charge of procurement, processing, logistics, exports and quality supervision. She plays a strategic role in the leadership of our organization.

Lina Vargas
Finance Manager
CPA from La Salle University and Master Degree in Finance from Andes University. Lina joins our Team in 2022 to lead our Finance division with responsibilities over budget elaboration and execution, cash flow, relations with financiers, supervision over treasury, coordination with accounting and preparing financial reports for General Manager and Board of Directors.

YU SHIMADA
Coffee Development ManagerBoard Member
Economist and Q Grader with over 16 years experience in the coffee industry. He ran his own microroaster in Tokyo for 8 years. He moved on to the green coffee team at Marubeni Foods. Passionate and very demanding with quality, Shimada will lead our Coffee Development strategy to strengthen relations with our trading partners and their roaster clients.

CARLOS HIDALGO
Accounting Director
Certified Public Accountant with 20 years experience with Companies in the construction, service and commercial sectors. He joined Lohas Beans in May 2018 to head our Accounting Department, also providing services to other group related companies in real estate and BPO services.

Jackelin Hernández
Exports Director
Graduated in Modern Languages. She has more than 16 years experience in international trade with emphasis on organic products, specifically coffee. She coordinates export logistics, documentation and certification audits. Jackelin is at our Santa Marta Agroeco Mill offices.

Ana Maria Montoya
Quality Director
Professional Technician in Agriculture and Q Grader, she has 8 years coffee cupping experience. At Lohas Beans she is responsible for quality assurance and managing our Bogotá laboratory. Ana is in contact with our customers to ensure consistency between our PSS and arrival cup results.
