Santa Maria is located in Aratoca, Santander at an altitude of 1700 meters in close proximity to the Chicamocha Canyon, an area with very low humidity, good sunlight exposure and warm winds. The crop begins in october and runs through february.
Our Lohas Beans quality team has been working closely with Mildred and Oscar along with our main quality consultant Dr. Manuel Diaz, to improve their post harvest processing to enhance cup profile.
