About Rose Apple: Rose Apple is the name given by Paola Trujillo to this newly discovered wild mutation or cross pollination between Typica and Geisha varieties, which occurred at Patio Bonito farm in Caldono. They identified a unique profile that preserved Geisha like traits, enhanced with the sweetness characteristic of Typica from this part of the country. They have carefuly bred the variety and have since expanded the number of trees of this new hybrid in their farm.

This coffee presents a rich array of fruity flavors, with a particular emphasis on citrusy characteristics.
