Process Coffees
Our process microlot coffees are a true representation of the unique flavors found in their origins, carefully selected from our partner producers in Huila and Cauca. This method results in a fuller-bodied cup with intense, vibrant flavors that showcase the complexity of the beans. Scoring between 86 and 88 points, these coffees exemplify exceptional quality, offering a unique, high-quality experience for those who appreciate a bold and distinctive flavor profile.
Washed Coffees
Our washed microlot coffees showcase the unique flavors of their origins, carefully selected from our partner producers in Huila and Cauca. These coffees feature a clean, balanced profile with sweet, delicate notes that pay homage to tradition. Their superior quality reflects the dedication and effort behind each coffee. Scoring over 86 points, they represent a high level of excellence. The washed process involves removing the outer fruit layer and washing, resulting in a clean and vibrant cup that allows the coffee’s natural flavors to shine.
