Our washed microlot coffees showcase the unique flavors of their origins, carefully selected from our partner producers in Huila and Cauca. These coffees feature a clean, balanced profile with sweet, delicate notes that pay homage to tradition. Their superior quality reflects the dedication and effort behind each coffee. Scoring over 86 points, they represent a high level of excellence. The washed process involves removing the outer fruit layer and washing, resulting in a clean and vibrant cup that allows the coffee’s natural flavors to shine.

Regional

High Cup Score

Our High Cup Score – HCS Regionals undergo a systematic 3 stage process: The first is washing and disinfecting of cherries upon arrival to the processing station, with removal of green / immature beans as well as leaves, stems and dirt. The second is an oxidation stage for 24 hours before depulping and rinsing off the mucilage. Finally, the third is controlled and homogenous mechanical drying process. Our South Colombia HCS series stands distinctly superior in cup profile and complexity. Our North Colombia HCS regionals are delicate and floral with a much lower acidity, preferred by certain markets.

Certified Coffees - Since 2011, we´ve collaborated with producer associations and individual farmers from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta in the North to Nariño in the South. Our meticulously curated selection of producers shares our values, convictions, and dedication to our work. By partnering with these like - minded producers across diverse regions, we proudly offer a wide selection of Organic, fair Trade and Rainforest Alliance certified coffees.
